Legnano

Legnano – The Company (more information to be added)

Legnano is one of the great names of Italian cycling, long time team sponsors for whom many famous cyclists have ridden.  Gino Bartali rode for Legnano for most of his career, winning 2 Tours de France on their bikes in 1938 and 1948, still holding the record for greatest length of time between first and last victories in the race.  Faust Coppi started his career with Legnano, before switching to Bianchi.  The brand was owned by Emilio Bozzi for at least a large part of its existence, along with Wolsit and, later, Frejus.
