LeJeune Frame, Possibly Mid to Late 1970s

Please leave a comment if you know the approximate date or model of this frame.  The Reynolds tubing decal seems inconsistent time-wise with the long Campagnolo dropouts. The lack of mudguard eyes indicates that this is intended as a racing frame and most racing frames used the short style Campagnolo rear dropouts by the time this style of Reynolds decal was introduced. The head tube decal, instead of including the maker’s name, just says Guaranteed Hand Made Service des Courses (Racing Service).  Mercier used a similarly worded decal on some of their frames that did not actually come out of their Service des Courses department.
