Notes:

The 1969 date is an approximation based on the rear derailleur (Patent – no date) and other features.  Before that date, the bicycles were Sauvage-Lejeune and after that date, the rear derailleurs were marked with the year of production – although it is clearly possible that the derailleur was old stock by a year or two. Later bikes were fitted with Campagnolo Record brakes which did not become available until about 1969. This is a classic French racing bicycle, essentially the same as the bikes raced by the Sonolor – Lejeune professional racing team.
